Black Diamond Technologies were looking to re-design their warehouse and office building in Penrose. The project scope grew to include new curtain wall glazing and an exterior façade re-clad and we were fortunate to have Egmont Dixon, August Millard and Black Interiors in various roles to deliver a project that expanded to include building elements beyond fitout. Great bunch of people to have on the job.

The office interior works well and looks great but one of the most special things in this project is the HVAC system by Ace Air that showcases the BDT product. Just look at that photo of the ducting and HVAC units against the warehouse wall - gives a mecho techo person goosebumps.
