caleb
Caleb is a very competent artist - he started at art school before moving to architecture. Being capable of sketching your concept is almost a lost art but it’s so useful to portray an idea to a client as it occurs.
Caleb has a Masters of Architecture and it shows in his critical thinking on all things design.

emma
Emma comes from Hawkes Bay (“Bay Girl” is the term apparently). Lived in Dunedin for a while then back to the Bay then to Wellington for a design education. Is an extraordinarily good baker – her macarons are legendary as many of our clients/friends will attest. Also a very competent DIY builder – a handy skill that helps when talking through construction detailing with contractors.
Qualified with a Bachelor of Architecture: Interior, Member of DINZ and the National Association of Women In Construction.
Like everyone in the office, Emma is competent in designing all manner of building projects. Probably designs most of our office fitout projects but also handles full building projects.

nev
Nev is originally from Wairarapa but has been based in Wellington since 1988. Plays hockey all year round but starting to get injured a bit more often these days. Could probably do to take up golf.
He's an industrial designer by qualification (DIP ID Wellington Polytech) and consequently applies the ID taught design methodology approach to all projects – it’s a process of thinking that ensures all possibilities are explored to determine the best path to a solution. Qualified to design buildings of any scale (LBP Design 3). Fellow of the Designers Institute of NZ.
Has a particular interest in designing office space – mainly because of the challenges in creating a cohesive environment to support differing functions and personalities.
Nev is one of the Directors and has design oversight on most projects. He will lead clients through the design process, direct the conceptual stages and stay connected to your project through to completion.

tom
Tom has all the credentials one could wish for to be an expert at understanding how/why buildings work and how/why they fail. He has a BSc in ecology, has spent many years building (licenced building practitioner in Carpentry and Site Management) and has spent some years learning about and designing passive houses (Arch.Tech Diploma). He will soon be a qualified building surveyor. All this learning and doing comes in handy for working through the issues and resolutions associated with building problems.
