Condor Pumps wanted an open, collaborative office design featuring some bold elements and unique details to break up the space. The meeting room on the bottom floor provides this drama. Macrocarpa boards, expanded aluminium mesh, bright LED's, and the existing structure has been painted black for effect. The showroom is adjacent - notice the red old school pump door handle (it had to make an appearance somewhere). Upstairs the offices and kitchen is kept deliberately open. The shelving unit is folded, LED lit plexiglass which doubles as a splashback.
