Island Bay - Wellington, NZ

We recently completed remediation to three units at Dee St, Island Bay under the government FAP (financial assistance package) scheme. One of our specialties is redesigning buildings with original construction faults. The remediation included a number of improvements to the design that enhanced interior space and completely changed the external aesthetics which eliminated many high risk elements in the original design. The project was delivered within the FAP cost parameters with all the t’s crossed and i’s dotted.
