This house was originally a 1920's /2000's amalgamation that had weather tightness problems. We were engaged to redesign the dwelling to deal with the building issues firstly but also to reinterpret the aesthetics to be current.

Our scope included design, documentation and full project management.

This has been a hugely successful project. The owner has become a repeat client with other projects - an ongoing relationship we value.
